Technical Customer Success

You are experienced in the world of proprietary and cloud database/data warehouse systems and want to apply your experience at the world's most dynamic companies. Your past helps you intuitively see the potential of our core technology and you are excited about helping customers derive value from it. This is a sophisticated and influential customer facing role.

This position involves demonstrating to customers that what our software does is REAL. You will be responsible for educating prospects and customers on what is possible and helping them realize the value of our solutions based on their requirements. Your close interaction with customers and our software will empower you to shape our product roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure alignment of customer requirements with our solution;
  • Evangelize the power and depth of our software with customer data engineering departments;
  • Lead PoC engagements with prospects;
  • Support architectural level decisions made to deploy our software;
  • Identify customer issues that we can solve with software.

Requirements:

  • Wide technical experience working on everything from core data engineering issues through to supporting business analysts;
  • Enjoys working hand-in-hand with customers and prospects;
  • Excited to drive a new class of enterprise solution.
